My father was in assisted living and had decided to sell his house. As his oldest son and named as a co-exec of his estate, but living in New Hampshire, it was critical to find a realtor who I understood the situation, was easy to talk to and who made me feel confident in choosing him. Jerry Bidwell was a joy to work with answering all my concerns and leading me comfortably through the process. We had 22 showings the first weekend and 8 offers the first week.

Right at the very first meeting with Jerry we knew that we had found our real estate agent. He explained the entire process right off the bat, including what to expect at each step of the way. As such, as the process unfolded there was nothing that came as a surprise to us.
